Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If a piece is not quite right, we have made returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags still attached. We are unable to accept items that show signs of wear or that are missing their original packaging.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are always free. Simply let us know which piece you would like instead and we will arrange the swap once your original item is on its way back to us.

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to send back. We will reply with a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and other reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include final sale pieces and intimates. Eligibility is noted on the product page before you purchase.
